With nearly 20 years of event planning experience, I will be able to make your event a Piece of Cake. I have planned and coordinated non-profit fundraisers, multi-day corporate conferences, weddings and many social events with guest counts ranging from 20 to 1,500 attendees.
How Piece of Cake got started: When my husband and I got engaged, one of the first decisions we made was to not get stressed while planning our wedding. Working full-time on corporate events and planning a wedding did not get the best of us! We successfully had a stress-free wedding, and it was one of the most fun days of our lives!!
During the planning of our wedding, I kept realizing how much I was enjoying each and every detail: creating to-do lists and checking tasks off each weekend; researching latest trends and adding personalized, handmade touches to our wedding reception decor. After seeing that wedding planning did not have to be stressful – and that it could even be fun – I decided to plan weddings in addition to other types of events. My corporate and non-profit event planning experience certainly made my decision easy. I created Piece of Cake Weddings & Events to ensure that other party hosts, companies, and engaged couples enjoy their planning and feel like it all was a “Piece of Cake!”
